MatchBox is an online application that allows you to design your own site, and freely add content by adding and dragging around widgets. It is now in private beta, but soon will be open to a larger group of beta-testers.

Zomplog is an easy to use weblog-system, written for users, not for coders. It is easily extendible through the use of plugins, and has already been translated into 15 languages by the very active user-community.
